The best time to wire your new home for security, intercom, video surveillance or home automation is as it's being constructed. All wiring can be concealed and there is virtually no chance of surface damage.

The Process

1. We meet with you to discuss your budget and needs.
2. We identify the proper security, video surveillance, and intercom solution.
3. We identify who your Home Automation partner is and how our systems will work together.
4. We provide you a Security Device Map and a no obligation computerized estimate.
5. We provide you a system demonstration.
6. We answer any questions you have and make any necessary changes.
7. You may be able to pay for your security or home automation through your New Home Builder. Consult you Builder.
8. Once we have earned your business we will schedule a Pre-Wire. This takes place during the Electrical Stage of construction. We require two weeks advanced notice.
9. After the Painting Stage and you have an Active Phone Line at premises we schedule the Final Installation and Training.

Pre-Wires

Our standard security pre-wire includes 3 door sensors, 2 motion detectors, a siren, and a keypad. After the painting stage is complete and your phone service is live we will return to complete the system, mount a yard sign and warning decals, and provide training. Many clients decide to increase their protection by adding extra security detectors, fire and life safety protection, and critical condition protection. We can also pre-wire your home for Intercom and HD Video Surveillance applications. You may also want to integrate your alarm system with Home Automation (Control 4, Crestron, HAI). With an internet connection, you can log in and arm/disarm your security system, adjust the temperature, turn lights on/off, and view video cameras and much more.
