- Intercoms are used to communicate between two or more locations.

- The door station is placed at the locked door exterior.
- The master station is often placed at a reception desk and can be wall mounted or can sit on the desk.
- The door station can have a built in camera and the master station can have a built in LCD display.
- You can have multiple master and door stations.
- To enter the building the user "buzzes" the front desk, office or individual apartment/condo.
- The receptionist, staff member, or occupant can verbally and visually verify who is at the entrance and unlock the door.
Note: A door strike is required to unlock the door.
