Reed Security will troubleshoot or diagnose the problem you are experiencing before booking a service call with you. Most service calls are preformed during regular business hours. Regular service rates will apply unless covered under warranty. Please review our warranty policies prior to contacting our office.

Labour Warranty
Installations - 90 days
Takeovers - 90 days on Reed supplied equipment
Service Calls - 90 days, same defect
After 90 Days there is minimum one hour charge for all service work and any additional time.

Parts Warranty
Access Control Systems - One Year Manufacturer's Warranty
Alarm Systems - One Year Manufacturer's Warranty
Digital Video Surveillance Systems - One to Three Year Manufacturer's Warranty
Intercom Systems - One Year Manufacturer's Warranty
Other Systems or Parts - One Year Manufacturer's Warranty
