We never felt pressured (unlike those annoying door to door security system people) and she was genuinely interested in making sure we got the system that worked for our family. Then our install guy - wow wow wow!!! Curtis knocked it out of the park. Total rockstar on the install. Didn’t cut any corners, and really took the time to explain to us how things worked. Such a cool personality as well. Reed has hired some of the best. And to top it off, the owner of Reed (Virgil) reached out himself to make sure everything was up to snuff. There’s an owner who actually shows he cares. So beyond impressed with them and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a security system. Btw - the camera quality is soooo good!"
