September 30 is the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation. It is a day to acknowledge the painful, lasting legacy of the residential school system in Canada. A day to honour the Survivors, their families, and the children who never made it home.

At Reed Security, our work is rooted in community. We are deeply honoured to protect and serve many Indigenous clients, businesses, and communities across Saskatchewan and Western Canada.

Today, we stand beside you in solidarity.

True reconciliation is not a single day of observance. It is a continuous, active commitment. We encourage our team, our partners, and our community to take time today to hear Indigenous voices, educate ourselves on our shared history, and reflect on the path forward.
